The Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our Estates Office team at the University of Warwick — a top 10 UK university ranked 74th globally. You will lead end-to-end procurement of capital construction projects across the University’s Estates portfolio, including new build, refurbishment, and M&E works, managing spend of up to circa £10M p.a.
Working closely with Estates colleagues and project teams, you will develop and implement category strategies, run competitive tender processes (SQ/PQQ, ITT, evaluation, and contract award), and manage NEC, JCT and consultancy frameworks — all in compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and public sector regulations.
