- Assist the Head Chef with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating of various menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
- Ensure back of house is kept tidy and clean at all times.
- On busier days, may involve taking dishes to tables so applicant must be courteous and open to customer engagement.
