- Process customer orders using our iPad-based system and prepare items for dispatch
- Organise stock, receive and sort deliveries, and monitor inventory levels using our software platform.
- Handle customer returns and replacements efficiently and accurately
- Answer customer enquiries by phone and provide excellent customer service when required
- Work closely with colleagues in a small, friendly team environment
- Maintain a tidy and organised workspace while ensuring attention to detail in all tasks
