About the job:
The role is to lead the Academic English Service at Queen’s University Belfast. This will include developing and implementing programmes and services to support international students across the University to make the transition to the UK study environment. The programmes also help students acquire the academic English language and skills they need to succeed in their studies, across a range of degrees and levels.
This post is based at Queen’s University Belfast’s Directorate of Student and Campus Experience (Student Affairs) and is co-funded by the Queen’s International Study Centre (QISC). The role holder is line managed by the Head of Student Affairs at Queen’s but will work very closely with the Academic Director at QISC on matters of teaching allocation and academic content. The team teaching on the programme are members of staff at QISC.
