The Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF), based at Cambridge Judge Business School, is a globally recognised research centre dedicated to advancing understanding of alternative finance, digital financial services, and emerging financial technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Programme Coordinator to join our Capacity Building and Education (CB&E) team, playing a central role in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our growing portfolio of executive online courses.
This is a high-autonomy role combining operational excellence with strategic programme management. You will lead the end-to-end coordination of a minimum of three executive online courses, overseeing participant registration, on-boarding, scholarship allocation, and course logistics, whilst shaping future delivery models to support the Centre’s global capacity-building objectives. You will engage directly with senior subject matter experts, internal colleagues, and external stakeholders, providing clear guidance and ensuring a high-quality participant experience. A strong analytical mindset will be essential, as you will produce high-level reports on participant engagement data to inform strategic planning and resource allocation.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will bring demonstrable experience in an administrative or project coordination role, ideally within an academic or research environment. You will have excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines. Familiarity with online learning platforms and participant management systems would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to research and education that informs global policy and practice, whilst developing your career within a world-leading institution.
