A boutique chartered surveying practice near Liverpool Street Station in London is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team of six.

The Building Surveyor’s Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will manage a diverse client portfolio spanning education, retail, commercial, and office spaces for local authorities and offshore developers. You’ll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, making use of your expertise to drive client success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling a variety of professional and project services.
• Collaborating closely with an experienced and approachable team.
• Contributing to the development of the practice with opportunities to progress into leadership roles.

The Ideal Building Surveyor Will Have

• RICS-accredited degree.
• A background in consultancy or private practice.
• Well-rounded experience across both professional and project-based instructions.
• A proactive, ambitious attitude and the ability to thrive in a smaller team environment.
